Scott Britton has an incredible resume of worldly success under his belt. With success can come the stresses of the job. He sought plant medicine on several retreats to balance his life. After direct experience with the profound activation of kundalini energy he was awakened into the realms of higher consciousness. Documenting his own journey and creating a space to share with other like-minded people has become his staple. He has archive of interviews with experts on the forefront of human consciousness. "For most of my adult life I was a hard charging entrepreneur. Five years ago, while running my tech startup Troops I had a massive spiritual opening that took over my life. In ways I would have never anticipated, the exploration of consciousness became the most important part of my life. Along the way, I’ve learned many lessons about how to earnestly pursue consciousness evolution while continuing to be an effective person in the world. Filling you in on some home remedies that have added value into my everyday life!
I’ve researched natural ways for many years. 🤓📚
I’ve found many avenues but some of my favorites are the ones listed below ✨🫶
Face Mask: 10-15 min (everyone is different)
-egg yolk 🥚
-honey 🍯
Mixed together, apply and sit till dry or feeling tight.
Body Exfoliating Recipe:
-coffee grounds (mine are roasted laid out to dry)
☕️ -coconut oil
🥥 -honey
🍯 -squeezed lemon
🍋 Add Epson salt if you prefer
Use this on your body and rinse off - the coconut oil stays and moisturizes your skin 😊🥥
Foot Bath: 🦶🦶
Warm foot bath - scrub my feet with lime and a pumice rock
- mix coconut oil and selected essential oils on feet after & wrap in warm socks
Facial Maintenance: 🍋
I use lemons on my face once a week in the winter to clear out any bacteria on my face (Google it)
Moisturize afterwards & YES it will tingle ✨
Latest recommendation is a frozen cucumber rubbed all over the face to rehydrate skin (Google it) 🥒
My body has had no reaction to using the ingredients the earth has provided us. I’ve been through the wringer my whole life with my skin reacting to foods that really aren’t food. 🤢
My skin has had horrible reactions to chemicals in synthetic clothes and my insides have never enjoyed trying the latest beauty secret chemical to slather on my face.
🤷🏻♀️ Our bodies are not meant to process or be exposed to so many fake chemicals that are in our everyday lives. 🤢🤷🏻♀️😡
If you are having any reoccurring issues in or on your body, I highly recommend you audit all the products you use in your home. 🥸😀 You will be surprised what poisons are being sold to you as a miracle cream. 🤢
As for all my women out there ALOT of those chemicals are hormone disrupters! 😡
My advice is do your own research or reach out to a holistic nutritionist or herbalist. 🤓
It will blow your mind the everyday natural remedies you can make around your house to add more vitality and nutrients to your life. 🫶

I am Manohar and I am from India. I have been working in the software industry for the last 14.5 years. I have hobbies of reading books and watching movies.
In 2019, I struggled with Insomnia and was living in desperation to sleep. I had consultations with psychologists that helped me to a certain extent but because I was desperate to fix the problem I was put on Anti Anxiety Pills.
But then during the struggle I was researching, I found out about the practice of meditation. I was expecting instant results with Meditation too but unfortunately, that was not the case. But then I stuck with meditation and with time my Anxiety completely reduced and I had no problems Sleeping.
I have also written a book on my Journey and it is called "My Sleepless Nights" available on Amazon. I have a total of 3 books published on Amazon.
Now that I have overcome the issues with sleep I now help people make the transition from Anxious Sleepless Nights to peaceful sleeping Nights.

I’m wondering how many times I can reintroduce myself and my beliefs as I stagger through this shift I was gifted with almost 5 years ago. Coming from a background in church benches, summer bible school and rolling on a bike in a humble small town all the way out to a small family farm I must admit to you on this platform if I never directly experienced a “Spiritual Awakening” I do not know if i would ever be able to comprehend the depth of change it can invoke in someone.
I am not sure if I didn’t have this very personal experience that I would be writing this post to you today.

Today's episode hits home for me on many levels of healing. Elizabeth bares all of the opioids she had cleansed out of her system to finally get to the root of her issues and generational trauma. Through her journey she studied and like so many have felt the calling in her soul to be of assistance to others on a healing journey.
Elizabeth Kipp is a Stress Management and Historical Trauma Specialist who uses Trauma-Trained and Yoga-Informed Addiction Recovery Coaching, Ancestral Clearing®, Compassionate Inquiry, and yoga to help people with their healing.
Elizabeth healed from over 40 years of chronic pain, including anxiety, panic attacks, and addiction to prescribed opiate and benzodiazepine medication. She now works to help others achieve the same healing for themselves that she experienced directly from the work she teaches. She is the author of “The Way Through Chronic Pain: Tools to Reclaim Your Healing Power.”
Elizabeth offers one-on-one and group sessions in stress and chronic pain management and addiction recovery, Ancestral Clearing® and Compassionate Inquiry, and trauma-informed yoga.

Michou has an incredible story highlighting the true power and importance in todays society. She was able to cure an extreme alcohol dependency by being introduced to the medicine in 2018. From then the path unfolded to show her where she needed to step up in life and claim her truth to help others. Her story is relatable and empowering to all of us knowing we need to look deeper inside ourselves to reconnect with our true nature.
In Her Own Words:
"My name is Michou Olivera. I am a 53 year old lesbian woman, and my pronouns are proudly She/Her. Using mezzo and macro doses of mushroom medicine nearly every month since 2018, I destroyed 35+ years of severe alcohol, cannabis and nicotine addiction, debilitating CPTSD, depression, and anxiety from sexual and physical abuse, and from struggling since childhood with being born female and very masculine. Using mushrooms gave me the ability to truly connect to my authenticity and purpose. They also subdued my constant negative ruminating thoughts, helped me to rewire entrenched and outdated belief systems, and allowed me to deeply and sincerely embrace myself exactly as I am, a masculine woman. I continued working with mushrooms to help me through a life crisis, and a spiritual awakening on 4g of Golden Teachers in 2019 revealed that my purpose is not only to heal from my past, but to also help others connect to and understand Mushroom medicine and the process of safely and effectively utilizing it. Since 2018, I have dedicated my entire life to this work."
"It is a sincere honor to be called to help connect people to their truth and higher consciousness though psychedelic mushroom medicine. I have passionately embraced my path as a psychedelic guide specializing in mushroom cultivation, psychedelic spiritual awakening, mindfulness, mushroom journey guidance, integration, consciousness-expansion, herbalism and mentorship. For the last five years, I have been asked to help others with overcoming adversities in life, rewiring negative thought patterns and belief systems, trauma healing, and learning how to navigate health/mental health and addiction challenges using mushroom medicine. I am asked to personally sit with those embarking on their first mushroom experiences, or to sit with those who seek to explore larger doses of mushrooms. Additionally, and I feel equally as important, I educate about the importance of destigmatizing psychedelic plant medicine, practicing safe, respectful and intentional consumption, and embracing the integration of what comes through. I feel it is deeply important to help people decipher and integrate what their psychedelic experiences have shown them, and I am honored to use my insight and experience into that realm."
