Everyday Home Remedies for Body & Mind #64.2

Filling you in on some home remedies that have added value into my everyday life! 

I’ve researched natural ways for many years. 🤓📚

I’ve found many avenues but some of my favorites are the ones listed below ✨🫶

Face Mask: 10-15 min (everyone is different)

-egg yolk 🥚

-honey 🍯

Mixed together, apply and sit till dry or feeling tight.

Body Exfoliating Recipe:

-coffee grounds (mine are roasted laid out to dry)

☕️ -coconut oil

🥥 -honey

🍯 -squeezed lemon

🍋 Add Epson salt if you prefer

Use this on your body and rinse off - the coconut oil stays and moisturizes your skin 😊🥥

Foot Bath: 🦶🦶

Warm foot bath - scrub my feet with lime and a pumice rock

- mix coconut oil and selected essential oils on feet after & wrap in warm socks

Facial Maintenance: 🍋

I use lemons on my face once a week in the winter to clear out any bacteria on my face (Google it)

Moisturize afterwards & YES it will tingle ✨

Latest recommendation is a frozen cucumber rubbed all over the face to rehydrate skin (Google it) 🥒

My body has had no reaction to using the ingredients the earth has provided us. I’ve been through the wringer my whole life with my skin reacting to foods that really aren’t food. 🤢

My skin has had horrible reactions to chemicals in synthetic clothes and my insides have never enjoyed trying the latest beauty secret chemical to slather on my face.

🤷🏻‍♀️ Our bodies are not meant to process or be exposed to so many fake chemicals that are in our everyday lives. 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️😡

If you are having any reoccurring issues in or on your body, I highly recommend you audit all the products you use in your home. 🥸😀 You will be surprised what poisons are being sold to you as a miracle cream. 🤢

As for all my women out there ALOT of those chemicals are hormone disrupters! 😡

My advice is do your own research or reach out to a holistic nutritionist or herbalist. 🤓

It will blow your mind the everyday natural remedies you can make around your house to add more vitality and nutrients to your life. 🫶
